I strung up a buddy's P with the nickels, since he's a guitar player and the sticky eight-year-old set that came on the bass needed to go. Haven't tried the Deep Talkin' rounds yet, but I'll put them on my passive P/J when the old strings die.
Pretty darn good deal!

If they stay in my basses case for the next 20 years its still a great deal. I wonder about tension too. I've only ever played labella flats and tapes.
