Lakland strings are stock on their basses.

I used Lakalnd's stainless on my 55-01 for a few years, but I don't like taper-wound strings (too different sounding from the rest of the strings). I'm now using DR Hi-Beams with a NON-tapered B string. It's been a while since I got them, but I think the B is a 130. The rest of the set is 45/65/85/105, same as the Laklands. They fit through the body with no problem on the 35" scale basses.

I am going to use GHS Boomers with a 130 B. But, I am going to string thru the bridge. Is there a big difference in stringing thru the body rather than the bridge?
