| Lo Riders SS .50-.110 on Warwick Thumb tuned half step down too much tension on neck?

Just curious. Was using Hi-beam SS but we tune half step down and often drop the low E string from Eb to Db and this is the reason I went to the Lo riders. They keep better tension for the drop. My concern is the .110 being too much on the neck when in standard. Can someone ease my worrying? haha thanks!
