Yes..Another one of "those" threads....

I'm trying to find a good pair of strings for my Spector Euro 5.
I've actually never concerned myself too much with string length when purchasing strings. I've been using D'Addario long scale Medium Gauge strings for awhile now.

I want to try Rotosounds again though.

Should I be overly concerned about the scale length? As I said, its for a Spector Euro 5 - 24 frets, 35" scale.

I can't string it through the body.

Should I be looking for medium scale or long scale? I want higher tension.

I'd recommend DR's - all sets have approx. 37" scale length, so no problems for a 35" scale bass.

I have Sunbeams on my Rebop 5 & I love 'em!
