Looking for information on SIT Power FLats

I am thinking about trying out some SIT power flats on my P-bass and just wanted to know if anyone had any experience good or bad with them? Tell me about tone, feel how they last anything you feel needs to be told.

Although i am not a big flat user. I do use SITs alot Silencers, rounds and one set of flats which sound great and are still doing well on an old hollow body beatle bass copy i pluck now and then.SITs are a great value and last forever with tone that sticks around too.

Great strings! Dark and thumpy but with a good amout of articulation and sustain. I have a set on my hamer since 2002 and they still sound good.

Also, Silencers are compressed nickel rounds.... not even close to a flat IMO/E. The powerflats are nickel rounds that have been ground flat
