Currently have Ernies on a p bass gage 50 65 85 105. I like the gage but too much tension for me. Playing metal rock slap. Any ideas?

I know a couple of guys reference a string tension spreadsheet. Is that spreadsheet available to everyone or kept under lock and key?

DR High-beams have lower tension. They sound good and last a good long time.
