I ordered a pair of DR Nickel wound lo-riders in July of 2012. I put them on my bass and loved them. Recently I was tuning my bass, and the E string tuner snapped the E string. I contacted DR, and they are sending me replacements right away no questions asked, even though the strings are not new. +1 for DR customer service.
