that are NOT Thomastiks, my acoustic is waaay to crappyto spend that much for, but yeah, i need low tension strings for my acoustic because the neck is utterly ridiculous, and i tried a search but found nothing, and yes, that is probablly because i suck at using the search function. Help, please? |

Might as well bite the bullet and buy a set. To their credit they last a long time, moreso than any other make I've tried. IMHO, IME, YMMV, etc

Currently, the only bronze strings I care for are the new Fender ones. They are not as finger noisey as most and the tension is not bad at all. |

Try another brand besides LaBella, like GHS or something.

-D'Addario black nylon tapewound 50-105
-D'Addario chromes 45-100
-GHS black nylon tapewound 50-105
-GHS Precision 45-95 (I recently put got these in 45-105 on my P-bass and really like them so far)
Out of curiosity: what are the highest tension strings you could put on an acoustic without ripping the bridge out? |
