Martin B1 Acoustic Bass Strings

I have a Martin B1 bass with D'Addario phosphor bronze strings. I'm happy with the volume but I get a lot of finger noise. I generally play without an amp so I like good volume. I saw in another thread TI Flats were recommended for a Taylor. Would these be good for the long neck of the Martin, or is there a better option?

If you play on the phosphor bronze strings for a while, they lose that annoying finger squeak. I've had the GHS phosphor bronze strings on my ABG for about 6 years--it took about 6 months for them to sound the way I wanted them to!

I've never tried the TI Flats, but since the Martin and Taylor have the same scale length, I'm sure they'd fit the Martin just as well as they do the Taylor.

I use LaBella tapewounds on my Martin. Reduces the finger noise though probably not as loud. I prefer a dark sound so it works for me.
