Flats.

I know for a fact that she uses La Bella Black Nylon Tape Wounds (.60 - .115).
Can't tell for sure that this is what she's using there, but it sound about right.

She has also used La Bella flats in the past.

In a Bass Player interview a few year back she said she used Labella quarter rounds on her Jazz Bass.

...she also used flats on her Stingray on her first album.

She strikes me as someone who doesn't put too much time into strings. She jumps around depending on what she likes at the time. Those sound like flats to me
