I PM'd a mod to see if this was okay, but I got no response (it's been several weeks...), so mods, if this is a violation of some sort, I'm sorry.
Several weeks ago I bought a new set of Chromes, but I wasn't paying attention to what I was doing, and somehow bought medium scale strings....However, I don't want them to go to waste, so I've got an idea.
Many people are reluctant to drop the cash on an unfamiliar set of strings, but many of those same people wonder what flats play like, and if they can better benefit from flats.
So, to any medium scale bass player that is interested, just PM me your address, and I will ship this set of Chromes to you at no charge - not even shipping.
I'd only like to ship to the lower 48, and I'd prefer the recipient of the strings to be new to flats - no flats veterans just trying to get a free set of strings.
Just for information about the strings: they are D'Addario Chromes - Regular Light Gauge (.045, .065, .080, .100). |
