Any quality raw cable/connectors combination designed for this application are fine. For decades good cable companies have been making low capacitance, well-shielded durable product that does the job very well indeed. And it's easy to make your own too.

My experience with Monster cables is primarily from having used them with guitars, but I will offer it to you anyway in the hope it is helpful. I was surprised at how much 'tone' I lost when I turned the instrument down to partial volume. At full volume on the guitar, the Monster sounded nice and full, but at partial volume it was very dark and muddy. The difference when using a George L or Vovox cable was remarkable. I tried both the Monster Rock and Monster Jazz cables with the same result.
In fact I have two 20' Jazz cables that are basically new but never used ~
