MTD's

Hello all,

I am looking for an equivalent to my MTD 135's as they are a pain to get and really expensive.

Please share your experience and expertise on this matter. If you would like to hear what it is that I am playing you can get samples from http://www.crashthemachine.com ... it is a modern rock kind of sound.

I am playing on:

Yamaha TRB5 - 35" scale
Eden Metro
Eden WP100
Eden WT1000
Eden D210XST

I've used mtd strings quite a few times. Theyre quite easy to find on www.juststrings.com
www.bassguitarstrings.us used to carry them, but last time I checked they dont anymore.

MTD's are a nice fairly full sounding steel string. not quite as full as DR highbeams, but not as hollow as Daddario pro steels. Ken Smith steels are also very similar. Any of those strings will get you a rather similar tone.
