It depends on the fanned scale. If the largest scale is above 35", you may have to get special strings. Otherwise, any set should be just fine.

Usually you only have to put attention on the B string to make sure it's outer winding makes it past the nut.

The traditional sets I put together may serve you depending on string count and difference in scale lengths.

What is your fan?

Link did not work for me. Do some research on www.dingwallguitars.com. Their strings, although twice as much as a normal set would cost, last an incredibly long time if taken care of.

Fyi, Due to the longer scale lengths of a Dingwall, the string guages are smaller. Up to 35" normal strings are fine.

You're likely looking at putting together custom sets - and if the visual is an indicator you'll want a long taper for that sort of bridge.

As greenboy said, buy strings of a winding length that places the taper of the lowest string between nut and tuner. All the other tapers will then automatically be between nut and tuners due to the way the nut and tuners angle away from each other. So yes you can use a string set, or build a set from singles, of one particular winding length. You will probably need a super-long-winding depending on the scale length of the lowest string.
