| Mustang tenor - what gauges?

I'm getting a Mustang I want to set up A-D-G-C.
obviously I'll need lighter strings for this,
but I've always liked heavier strings on shorties to maintain good string tension.
so what should I be looking for?
I know some of you dudes know all about normal and acceptable levels of string tension,
how about dropping some knowledge on how I can figure this out?
