hey, im tryin to get a real fat sound out of my bass, like real round and mellow, kind of like a jazzy sorta sound, anyone got any suggestions on what strings i use, atm i normally play with GHS bassics
Generally flats will give you a more mellow and warm sound. The only flats I'm familiar with are TI flats. They give that woody, almost like a double bass kind of sound.
