did you applied tension to it?
I mean do you stretch it like you are going to play?

that happens is you change the strings are they are loose.

1. Did you have only one string one, or does it buzz with all the strings on?
2. How did you remove the old strings? (choose all that apply)
a. Slowly unwind?
b. Cut them?
c. Take them all off before putting new strings on?
d. Take them off and replace with a new string one at a time?
3. Are your new strings the same gauge as the old set?
4. Did you adjust the truss rod?

Don't get too concerned yet... Get all the new strings on, tuned to pitch, then let it sit for a couple hours or a day. If there's still a buzz, a truss rod adjustment will probably help. If you aren't able or willing to mess fix it yourself then get it to a tech.

PS - you'll want to check out the sticky threads in the Setup & Repair forum - you're answer is probably in there.
