I just got a Fender American Standard Precision and it came with Fender 8250M strings. I'm use to playing flats so I got some Rotosound RS77LD flats. Since I changed strings it seems like I lost some of the bottom boom. Is there something I can do to get some of the deep end back while using these strings?
Would raising the pickup on the EA side help? I didn't know if this should go under a strings thread or not. I put it here in case someone has some set up adjustments I may try. Thanks.
