New to 5 String Bass

What Strings do you use for 5 String Bass?.I am new to the low B.I am confused also about Tapered Strings?.Thanks for any information.

I use DR Long Necks on my Warwick and La Bellas on my F Bass.
What kind of Bass do you have? The DR's are tapered, the La Bellas are so tapered they just have a wire exposed.
