Enamel coating is intriguing. The other long-life brands I have tried (and didn't like) went for the plastic type coating. I thought the DR coated strings were awful, and the Elixirs just a little better. |

I currently have stainless steel lo riders which sound great but I always thought Slinkys sounded best on my basses but they have a very short life. If these deliver, then the problem is solved.
Anyone know when these will be available? They ran a full page ad in BP Magazine... I doubt they would buy that ad space unless it was something coming out really soon. Hopefully my Lo Riders can hold up until they are ready for sale. |
