re strings

Hi,

I have a modulus 5 and used to have a mod 6...I've been using DR lo-riders. They work great on a 35" scale. I tried a bunch of strings and use DRs on all my basses....They have a little higher tension so you might have to adjust the neck... but you can get a lower action!!
good luck

What are you looking for in terms of....brightness,tension, durability...?

IME...

MTD SS for max brightness.
DR Fatbeams/Hibeams for brightness and durability.
Ken Smith SS are just a bit less bright, and are quite durable.
D'Addario XL170s are terrific nickel strings - nearly as bright as SS, but with a lower mid bump.

Good luck... With some more info, I'm sure you'll get a number of good recommendations.
