I used to love that sound. The last 6 months or so i've been really busy and i kept one set on and practiced/gigged. I changed them last week and hated my tone for my last couple rehearsals.
My question to you is, any string recommendations for something more dead sounding out of the box? flats? |

The only strings that dont are tapewound, and even they settle in a lil bit. just play em' twont be too long.
