I replaced them with the proper scale string, so next time buy a longer scale. |

The strings are 45-100 long scale Chromes. | IMO, it could be a problem, specifically a setup issue. The string height at the nut isn't going to be exactly what it was intended to be - basically kind of all over the place according to how thick the wrap is on each string.
OK if it feels right as-is, but personally I'd be off getting another longer set soon as I saw this.... I.e. maybe extra long scale which I think the chromes come in?

I didn't realize that they made extra long scale chromes...
On a side note... are GHS precision flats silk wrapped as well? I was thinking about trying them next time around and don't want to make the same mistake.
