Nickel exposed core?

Hello Everyone, Trying to find out who makes nickel wound exposed core 0.125 gauge low B-strings? Currently have an instrument with stainless steel strings but I prefer nickel strings.

Any ideas?

Looks like MTD has one, it's the only nickel exposed core I've seen.

Does it have to be exposed, or just tapered?

The only company I know of that makes Nickel Plated Steel Exposed Core strings is SIT:

They have a .125 Low B, as well as exposed .065 .085 .105 nickel plated steel strings.

They do have an extended bass range line that is all stainless steel.

If you want just a .125 Low B, MTD does make an exposed core as well, but it does have a very very very fine wrap around it but is still considered an exposed core. But I have run into a scenario with someone where it did not fit on his custom bass and needed a specific exposed core with no fine protective wrap.
