Got a set of warwick black label string on my corvette and i like the tone but i decide to play slap bass on my warwick instead of my fender, but guess what.

The string is abit rough and my index finger is soar and skin come off so i can't play slap bass for awhile now

Yeah Warwick strings are probably the worst I've tried..They don't sound too bad but they just feel horrible...Feel dirty and you're right, almost cut your finger tips off!

Sucks that Warwick's come strung with them, puts me off trying them out because I can never tell if I like the bass or not...Haha

I use nickel-plated lo-riders on my fortress one and it snarls like a panther.
