this may seem silly, but whats the closet string to rotosounds that doesn't have silk wrappings at the top of the string? i really like the sound but i clean my bass strings with methylated spirits (denatured alcohol to you folks in the states) and all the red wrapping tends to fluff off and look really silly when i keep taking the string off. any suggestions? stainless steel btw
