Oh crap, I think I just ordered the wrong strings

D'addario Chromes in MEDIUM scale, how long are they? Do they fit on a standard 34" precision bass with a normal bridge, no string though?

Too short, sorry. IIRC they'd fit a max of 33" scale with no string-thru.

Bongo may be right, but if returning them is more trouble than it's worth, they may fit (the G string is the real test). Mayb ordering a single G string is cheaper than returning and reordering the whole set.
