Partial string set - what to do with it?

Sign in to disble this ad
hey all.

so, was changing strings the other day on my main home bass. the rest of the six were fine, but the E string was buzzy and dead sounding. i thought there was something wrong with my bass at first. but after i grabbed an E string from another pack it seems to be fine. dead strings happen. no big. my questions is.....

what should i do with the pack that has B * A D G C new in it? just hold on till one of those strings comes up bum in another pack? see if i can find a Lady of The Night that takes payment in bass strings but doesn't check to make sure they're all there? use 'em to put REALLY crap pinstriping on my car?

murrrrrr?
