Perfect Strings for Traditional P-Tone

What is the opinion of the perfect strings for a traditional, fat P-tone. Rich, fat, and full, without being clanky.

LaBella Flats, or D'Addario Chromes, but you'll have to leave them on for six months without cleaning them to hear what you're asking for.

I'm pretty sure the jamerson set only fits on 34" scale basses w/ a topload bridge, and shorter.
