well i got my ibanez gio gsr200 yesterday and it came with standard guage strings, but i bought a pack of ernie ball power slinkys, so the guage is
E:110
A:90
D:75
G:55
so will i have move anything or adjust the trussrod or can i just put them on?

It all depends really, I think the standard set for Ibanez is Elites if I'm not mistaken, they're Stainless whatever they are and Standard 105 gauge. Taking that into account the tension might not be that much higher since the strings you have on are probably Stainless so you might not have to adjust much.

Put them on and see how it goes though, if your neck bows too much then you can always adjust your truss then, you will more then likely have to adjust your bridge saddles a little for the intonation to be right though and the action will be a little higher. Either way your not in danger of damaging your neck with those unless your gonna tune them stupidly high for some odd reason or other, and if you find your action too high for your taste or neck bowed then you can remedy that fairly easily too.
