I broke a string and emailed them , they got back within 24 hrs and are sending a replacement , I also inquired about other gauges and the sent me this.

Here are the details:
ELECTRIC BASS STRINGS
CHROME-NICKEL FLATWOUND Euro
640 Bass short .040-.0100 54,54
640/1 Bass long .040-.105 54,54
640/A Bass long .045-.105 54,54
640/B Bass long .050-.110 63,65
640/5A Bass long .040-.120 79,94
640/5B Bass long .045-.126 79,94

think I may have to grab a set of the .50-.110 set anyone have any info on tension for the heavier gauge pyramid flats?

I didn't know they had a 50-110 set, or a set with a .045 G string. Wow. The .040 sets I have tried have had a G that I thought was too tangy.

I also had really good luck with their customer service. I think they are a really small shop; the CEO replied to my email within the day. Won't get that most other places.

They will also wind strings to very custom lengths if you ask them. I had an E break on a P Bass of mine, and they wound a replacement an inch shorter so that it wouldn't go up on the post and they sent it out the next day.

Yeah I didnt know either, im gonna ask him about availability here in the states. They dont take paypal and the added waiting/inconvenience of having to send a check to germany is a bit of a deterrent , the light set sounded SO good and felt really nice compared to the labella fl set the g felt odd because im used to playing a .49 or .43 high tension but sounded good , I dont know if its the fact that theyre nickel or what
