Pyramid Strings customer support

Sign in to disble this ad
I just thought I would share with everyone that Pyramid strings went all out for me. I broke the G string on a Pyramid Gold set (.043) and I wrote to Pyramid and told them I was having a hard time finding a single G string in the states that I could buy. I asked if they knew of a distributor in the states that they direct me to so I could purchase a new one. About a week later Max Junger wrote me back saying that they would be sending me a replacement... and today it showed up in my mail box. Great customer service. I'm very happy.

It's good to hear that the quality of Pyramid's support matches the quality of their strings.

At nearly $100 a set I would hope their service was good!

Hearing all the good things I do about about pyramids I'm really tempted to try them despite the price tag.
