Sign in to disble this ad
are these what they sound like?

.044, .061, .085, .110

i guess these are supposed to be balanced in tension or tone? i can't remember where i saw it, but it seems like the tension between strings isn't nearly as balanced as the standard 45-105 set. anyone have any experience? buddy can you spare a clue?

Labella's fascination with larger A and E diameters and smaller D and G diameters has never made sense to me. I tend to like the sound of things going the other way. IME, large diameter D and G match the timbre of lower diameter A and Es like a 45-65-80-100 set best.
