Rawky Strings?

Sign in to disble this ad
I have a Smith Burner 4-string that so far sounds pretty 'honky'. Do any of you string-knowledgeable cats have a rec' for a string that's not very mid-rangey, but perhaps a little fatter in the low-end?

Flats are great, I mostly prefer them, but a low-tension flat is most desirable. Heavy guage is also desirable, thanks!
