Recently got a used Yamaha thinbody electric/acoustic and looking for suggestions on strings.
This has a piezo set bridge and a single pickup, mounted mid body.
A master volume and a blend pot, also a 3 band eq for the overall sound.
When I got it the string were wore out and rusting and though wound round, weren't a good sample for the overall tone.
Tried the flats I had laying around and not to thrilled with that.
I still want some zip but not to much buzz from the piezo.
Suggestions?
