IMO, DR Hi Beams. They sound good with nearly every bass I've used them on.

I like the GHS Boomers I am currently using. D'addario are also very good, if not better, but I use GHS.

Rotosound are useless, Elixor are OK, not feeling the hype, and Ernie Ball just die really fast.

Daddario ProSteels (brightest) or XL's(nickel-less bright than the steels). In my opinion they are the most consistent string made....

+1 on the boomers, honestly between a few different sets of D'adds, DR Hi Beams, Rotosounds, Fender Nickels, and GHS Light Gauge Boomers, the GHS's have won for me hands down.

Major, I'm curious why you want a .130 B string?
I use the Hartke strings simply because they are the least expensive 5 string set but I don't think they make a .130 . I also like the DR extra life coated strings. The black set has a .130

Several people on this board, myself included, have found the B strings from DR sets to be rather wooly and unclear sounding. I have changed to LaBella and had very good luck with every set I've used so far. My set has a .128 B string, which ought to be close enough for your purposes. Good luck.

I like Lakland 5 mediums with the B tapered (to string through the body) and D'Addario XL's for more of a jazz bass tone. Ken Smith strings are also fine and all three are relatively inexpensive and have long life. I find DR's to be good strings, but IMO the ones mentioned above play better, or at least as good for a bit less money.

I have found the best sounding B string to my ear is the Dean Markley SR2000. Stainless, tapercore. Very clear tone and lasts a LONG time.

I use DR longnecks on my Lakland. They are very similar.
