Rotosound Piano Design Strings???

Will these strings fit on a Fender Jazz through the body. I know now you have to put the ball ends on them. Are they long enough are will I have to go through the bridge.

AFAIK they are made to fit any bridge design. Never tried them though. (Please tell how do they sound if you decide to try them)
