For the first time in a little over thirty years I ran across a new bad string from Rotosound '66(loose winding over top half). Helluva record, really. I wrote the Rotosound USA office and they sent out not only a replacement for the bad string, but another full set! Nice, indeed. GO ROTO! (Thanks Dan R.)!

Rotosound have fantastic customer service , I emailed Jason How once to find out if and where I could purchase a single Rotosound Trubass A String as I had cut a string too short (completely my fault) , Jason Emailed me back , told me that if I emailed my details he would send a replacement , emailed him back and received a replacement string the following day
