 Roundwound on Hofner Club Bass??

What are my chance of getting a good sound using roundwounds on a Hofner bass? Looks like Labella "Deep Talkin" might be my best bet. Any recommendations would be appreciated... thanks!
BTW, have you seen the new Hofner 'Contemporary' Club bass? Pretty sweet looking, especially in red. I will file a report as soon as I get it. |
