Sadowsky Customer Service...THE BEST!!!

I just had to post what amazing customer service I recieved from Kevin at Sadowsky.

I bought a set of SFB45B flats for my AMDPV and was instantly blown away by the tone and string to string consistancy.....except for the taperwound B. I was just lackluster and didn't ring as nicely as the rest of the set.

I contacted Kevin and he immediately shipped me a new B and SHAZAAM!!! Perfect.

There can be issues with anything you purchase, no matter who the company is. The real test is how they handle it and Sadowsky does it right!!

These are my new favaorite flats, hands down and I have tried a bunch. Chromes and Fender flats have been my choice, so far but not anymore.

I highly recommend these strings, nice thump and definition with a medium tension feel, IMHO.

This experience is really pushing me over the fence to Sadowsky for my next bass. The legendary customer service and attention to detail is all that and a bag of chips!!

THX again guys, this wont be the last you will be hearing from me.

I've had a similar experience with a pickup.
No other words but perfect to describe the great customer service that the Sadowsky company provides to its clients.

Even though I never had any customer experience with Sadowsky, it's great to hear that they provide this level of post sales customer care

I had the same experience with the flats (must have been a bad batch). They jumped right on it and replaced the string...no questions asked. Fantastic!

i dont have a sadowsky or any of their products and made that clear when i called up kevin drexler to discuss putting one of his preamps in a soon-to-be-made parts jazz bass. he let me know what i could do to get that sadowsky tone out of it and what pickup config would be the most versatile. the sadowsky team is friendly and helpful. makes my GAS almost unbearable for one of those will lee models!
