Sadowsky flats + Stingray, will it work?

Sign in to disble this ad
Just wondering if you guys think this combination will work quite well?

Im going to stick the sadowskys on a fretless ray.

And the EB flats that are on the fretless, onto the fretted.

Hope it works

Yes, that will work, in my opinion. Both Sadowsky and Ernie Ball flats are excellent.

Stingray with flats is a great sound. Fretless will make it even better.

Hope so, ill post up a review with a bit of a comparison between the sadowsky and EB flats.

Not sure what gauge to go with, there isnt much in it with the light and standard sadowskys, think ill go with the lights for a bit of extra flex

I would always lean toward the light gauges with flats.

The sound difference is small, and heavy flats can be telephone cables. Murder on your hands. Jamerson was not of this earth.
