samash screwed me over!

my dad got me a set of DR hi beams and Marcus Miller fat beams. and i got em home, and they look USED. theres brown spots all over it, and the strings, are BENT on BOTH sets, ***???!?!?!!! i do not post this under humor, because this is not funny. someones gotta pay.

DR has excellent customer service, they'll replace those sets ASAP.

Go back to Ash first. If they don't help, go to DR, and while you're with them, tell them that Ash is messing with their product.

I wouldn't be surprised if the story behind that set is someone changing their mind during a setup. [They almost always ask you to choose a fresh set when bringing a bass in for a setup. At least they used to do this.]

The string then probably went back on the shelf for sale as new.
When - they should have been flipped in the garbage or given away.
