None of the above.

D'Addario, Elixer, and Fender are going to be about the same because they are all D'Addario underneath. Ernie Ball is also about the same.

Not sure about Rotosound or LaBella.

Darco are pretty crappy.

You want DR Sunbeams.

Out of your list, I would say Ernie Balls have the lowest tension.

Cool

Buy T-I flats or other T-I's; Dean Markley blue steels are a fairly elastic musically bright string - the sound may take some time getting used to in my opinion but worth it for rock; DR's are elastic but offensively bright in the hi-beams-much easier for me to like the lo-riders but still didn't like the sound & switched to T-I jazz flats; Rotosound makes some of the best sounding flat strings ever but are high tension - even the monel flatwounds; Ernie Ball good strings medium tension nothing really stands out about them IMHO but nothing objectionable either; the same opinions i have of the Ernie Ball Flats I have of the D'A XL nickel roundwounds. i'd like to checkout D'A tapewounds in the future. years ago I would simply buy for fretted basses whatever was on sale. TI flats are my general string of choice - especially, on my fretless warwick. these strings sound more like an upright bass than any other string i've tried.
