SIT rockbrights stainless comparison with SIT powersteels?

Sign in to disble this ad
i have used powerwounds b4 and switched to SIT rockbrights stainless for a brighter sound.
i was wondering, wats the difference with rockbrights and powerwounds/steels.
i know that the process of making them is different but sound-wise, are the rockbrights simply brighter and longer lasting?

thanks!

Powerwounds are great strings with a nice amount of growl, flex, and longevity - I'm going to try a set of Rock Brights too for the $3.00 more.
