slapable B-E-A-D D'addario XL (other brand suggestions welcome) set?

Trying to figure out what gauges would be best for this? D'addario XLs are my string of choice, but I would be open to hear other suggestions.

Bass is a peavey patriot with mahogany body and maple neck and fingerboard.

Try the lightest gauge you can find, if you are a little flexible with the brand you could try Circle K.

If you can slap on a 5 string, you can slap on a 4 string tuned BEAD!

You can build your own custom set here:
http://www.bassstringsonline.com/DAddario_c_167.html

I use 42, 55, 75, 105 sets from there which is a really nice balanced feeling set, but you will want larger for BEAD. Jason is also coming out with his own balanced D'Addario sets next month which will be awesome as well!

I have a bass here tuned C F Bb Eb with

.130 .095 .075 .055 and it is very slap happy!

Erm I think you guys are misunderstanding me.

My bass is already tuned B-E-A-D I know how to set it up for that tuning.

I'm just wondering what gauges work best for slap on a bass like that. Should I start with a 120 B string? I also want to avoid tapered strings.

I'm just looking for a slappable b string i guess. I probably only slap like 25% of the time, but when I lay it down I don't want it to sound whack.

Lightest is most flexible.

I play a 120 b string all the time on my sixer... No reason you can't on a 4 string...

60-120 and call it a day then.

You can literally get a set like that from like every manufacturer
