Just to be technically correct, 100% alcohol is not denatured one. Denaturation means adding a few % of some other compounds to make it smell bad as to prevent it from being drinked.

Good news for me about soaking for couple of days. I always did it overnight, but next time will try longer. Thanks!

How is this soaking works? What kind of alcohol? I have some ethanol 97% here, will this do? :x
