are you missing an "i" in the title of this thread?

Haha, sorry...
I couldn't resist. When I first saw the title I thought it said "soft nips".

The DR lite lite nickel lowriders are the best on the planet

you should consider a set of the TI Jazz Rounds. Great "soft" nickel roundwounds.

I use these on my Lakland 44-02 deluxe fretless with an ebony neck and I just fell in love with the sound and the feel. Some folks here feel that the TI's are too rubbery for their touch. For me, the feel, sound and expression of these strings is really great.

Give 'em a try

enjoy!
