spring on bridge saddle screw vibrating.

on my A string whenever i play it the spring thats on the screw for adjusting intonation vibrates, will this sound through my amp when i'm playing?

if so what can i put on it to help stop it vibrate?

I had one like that. I just took the spring off and streched it a little longer with 2 pairs of needle-nosed pliers, put it back together and the noise was gone.

sometimes I just run my finger over the spring, rolling it into a different position. This usually works for me.
