Best strings for a blues, classic rock tone on a epi t bird.

I'd agree that it's best to use strings when playing blues and classic rock on an epi t-bird.

T Bird

Iv'e got DR Sunbeams on mine, they take out the muddiness and also give me alot more flexibility with my tone.

I'm just messin' with ya.

Flats are a common string used by people who play classic rock/blues. Nickel roundwounds are pretty popular, too.

D'Addario Chromes are a good entry into the world of flats, and I personally like Fender 7250 nickel roundwounds.
