SS Rotosound 66s, need a replacement?

Sign in to disble this ad
Ive had Longscale stainless steel Rotosound Swingbass 66s on my Jazz bass for about 4 months now, and I play regularly. Today, I've noticed that even though my neck curve is good, my intonation is good as well. A lot of the notes between the 5-9 frets are all slightly flat. Might it be time for new strings? These babies are expensive, so is there a way to possibly rejuvenate them?

Yeah, it seems at somewhere between 3-6 months rotos just go limp sounding. One of the reasons I am trying GHS boomers atm.
